Manage full-cycle recruiting including job description creation, advertising, sourcing candidates, phone screens, onsite interviews, background and reference checks, offer letters, and onboarding new hires. Recruit across industries for all levels of the organization. Establish internal processes based on business needs and best practices. Implement applicant tracking systems.

Employee Relations/Management Coaching/Investigations

Partner with company leaders to establish performance expectations and facilitate communication. Assist with challenging performance issues through management coaching, creating performance action plans and documentation. Establish performance management guidelines and practices. Conduct employee engagement surveys and employee investigations.


Compensation & Benefits

Review Compensation program.

Conduct position documentation interviews. Compile employee data and create an analysis of all employees based on tenure, education, experience, special skills/certifications and compensation. Map existing and new positions to client-purchased salary surveys. Partner with managers using position documentation forms and job postings to match employees to survey descriptions. Consult with the department managers to rank contribution vs. survey descriptions to evaluate current pay to market and internal comparables, establish salary ranges and identify gaps in pay.

Review Benefits Programs

Assist with the Open Enrollment renewal process and provide ongoing benefit administration support and guidance.
